Two Latvian footballers finally recover the money owed by a Serbian club

Sportacentrs.com reports that Eduards Tīdenbergs and Aleksejs Grjaznovs have recovered the money owed to them by Serbian club Dubočica. The club had ignored repeated warnings, so LPFA took the case to FIFA, which barred the club from registering new players until both footballers were paid in full.

According to Sportacentrs.com, both players were owed remuneration for the 2025 season, and earlier warnings to the club had not resolved the matter. LPFA turned to FIFA, and the club was barred from registering new players until the debts were paid. The report states that the club then settled its obligations.

Serbian media also reported on the FIFA decision and the payment.
