On becoming a member of the association “Latvian Professional Footballers Association”, I undertake to comply with the statutes of the association “Latvian Professional Footballers Association” and to pay the membership fee set.

The online application is not signed. The application must be signed — LPFA will contact you to arrange signing. Ticking a box or typing your name is not an electronic signature.
